Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Football Program
There is a non-refundable deposit at time of registration. There will be no refunds after June 1st (absolutely no exceptions). To request a refund (minus deposit and processing fees) before June 1st please email hfyouthfootballandcheer@gmail.com.
Cheer Program
There is a non-refundable deposit at time of registration. There will be no refunds after June 1st (absolutely no exceptions). To request a refund (minus deposit and processing fees) before June 1st please email hfyouthfootballandcheer@gmail.com.
Spring Cheer Camp
There are no refunds for camp registrations.
Spring Football Camp
No refunds given after April 26, 2026.
DISCSS Mentorship Program
Refund policy is not applicable as our mentorship program is included in our registration fees.
Sideline Cheer Tumbling
All payments for the Sideline Cheer Tumbling Program are non-refundable after the 1st of each month. Refund requests must be submitted before the 1st of the upcoming month to be considered. Once the 1st of the month has passed, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for that month under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of attendance, schedule conflicts, or withdrawal from the program. By registering for the program, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
