HF United football is a youth tackle football program that serves girls and boys ages 6-14 (athletes age 14 must be in 8th grade).

Cheer Program

HF United cheer is a recreational sideline cheer program that offers a competition component for girls ages 6-14 (athletes age 14 must be in 8th grade).

Ages: July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2021

Spring Cheer Camp

HF United cheer is offering a spring cheer camp for girls and boys ages 4 - 16.

Ages: July 31, 2009 to July 31, 2022
